10th - 12th Grade Center Administration

Keesheama Richardson proudly serves as the Associate Principal of Learning at North Forney High School, where she is passionate about supporting students, empowering teachers, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.  A graduate of Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, Ms. Richardson earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology before obtaining her master's degree in Secondary Education from Texas A&M University–Commerce.

 

Ms. Richardson is entering her 19th year in education, bringing a wealth of experience as a special education teacher, volleyball and track & field coach, and campus administrator.  Throughout her career, Ms. Richardson has remained committed to creating student-centered learning environments where every student has the opportunity to succeed. As an assistant principal, she partnered closely with teachers and staff to strengthen instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and provide coaching for teachers. In addition, she worked alongside families and community stakeholders to cultivate a positive, supportive school culture.  When she's not at school, you'll likely find her cheering on her favorite sports teams, exploring new restaurants, traveling to new destinations, or spending quality time with family and friends.

 

 

De'Anna Watson is proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at North Forney High School. She is a passionate educational leader dedicated to fostering academic excellence, building meaningful relationships, and creating a positive school culture where every student can thrive. Her hometown is Kansas City, MO where she began her educational career. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kansas and a Master of Education from Northwest Missouri State University.

Ms. Watson has 20 years of experience in secondary education as a high school English teacher, instructional leader, and athletic coach.  Her collaborative leadership style focuses on empowering educators, supporting student success, and cultivating an environment of high expectations coupled with genuine care.

In her free time, Ms. Watson enjoys spending time with her two kids, working out, and relaxing. 

 

 

Devin Monroe is an Assistant Principal at North Forney High School. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas Wesleyan University. Throughout his career in education, Mr. Monroe has been dedicated to supporting student success through strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal, Mr. Monroe served in various educational leadership and student support roles; working closely with teachers, students, and families to create positive learning environments; and improve student outcomes. His experience includes instructional leadership, special education services, behavior support, and campus improvement initiatives. He is passionate about helping all students reach their full potential and ensuring that every student has access to the support they need to succeed.

Mr. Monroe is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous growth for students and staff. He looks forward to partnering with families and the community to support the success of every Falcon.

 

 

Assistant Principal - Laashawn Guillory

Laashawn Guillory is an Assistant Principal at the North Forney High School 10th-12th Grade Campus.  She is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies.  She holds two Master's Degrees:  One in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Mathematics from Concordia University Portland, and another in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University.  Ms. Guillory began her career in education with Dallas ISD as a mathematics teacher and Girls Basketball Coach.  Her passion for instructional growth led her into leadership roles as an Instructional Coach and later as an Assistant Principal.  In her free time, Ms. Guillory enjoys curating music experiences, exploring new places and spending quality time with her family.  One of her favorite quotes is: "You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them." - Maya Angelou.

 

 

Assistant Principal - dr. janis grace

Dr. Janis M. Grace is an Assistant Principal at the North Forney High School 10th-12th Grade Campus. She graduated from the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science, with emphasis on Mediation, Behavior Science, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She earned her Masters of Education Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Grace earned her Doctorate Degree in Education Leadership from Walden University. Her teaching and coaching career began in Richardson Independent School District. She taught Social Studies courses, coached basketball and volleyball, and was the director of her own track club for ages 4-21 sanctioned by the Texas Athletics Amateur Federation and US Junior Olympics. Before arriving at Forney Independent School District, she served as Assistant Principal intern in Richardson Independent School District. This will be Dr. Grace's 12th year at North Forney High School. Her hobbies include officiating sports, emerging herself in spiritual enrichment, and indulging in self-care. Her long-standing hero is her mother.
